Eye care routine for contact lens wearers
Before you begin your routine, it is essential to remove your contact lenses correctly.
If you wear dailies, you can simply dispose of them after a full day’s wear. However, if you wear monthlies or two-weeklies, then you must clean and store your lenses properly after every use. Please note that it is important to clean your contact lenses one at a time.
To clean your contact lenses:
- Take the lens out of your eye and place on the palm of your hand
- Add a few drops of a contact lens cleaning solution
- Give a gentle rub with your index finger
- Place safely in a contact lens case
Try multi-purpose contact lens solutions to clean, store and disinfect your lenses. Then store your lenses in a contact lens case to carry them on the go. Still feeling unsure on how to clean and store your lenses? Follow our detailed guide for more information.
