Lens Packages

Our lens packages promise competitive pricing on glasses you won’t find on the high-street. To ensure that you choose the right lenses we have carefully laid out our lens packages so that you can make the right choice for you. As a standard, all our lenses come with Scratch Resistant Coating and are presented in a hard case with a cleaning cloth.

We have detailed each lens package below. If you are unsure which type of lenses are suitable for your prescription, please contact our friendly customer service team.

Standard

Our Standard package is ideal for prescriptions that are mild and not strong (up to +/-3.00). We advise that you use a thinner lens for stronger prescriptions. Standard lenses are finished with a Scratch Resistant Coating.

Standard+

Standard+ package is ideal for night-time driving and long periods of computer use. This is because these lenses come with an additional anti-reflection coating that eliminates unwanted reflections and glare. Much like our Standard offering, Standard+ is most suitable for milder prescriptions (up to +/-3.00).

Thin

Our Thin package is up to 20% thinner & lighter than standard lenses. These are ideal for prescriptions that are moderate but not strong (from +/-2.00 to +/-4.00).

• Up to 20% thinner and lighter than normal thickness lenses - 1.6 refractive index
• Free Scratch-Resistant Coating
• Free Quality case

Super Thin

Our Super Thin option is up to 35% thinner & lighter than standard lenses. These lenses are ideal for strong prescriptions (over +/-4.00). Having ‘standard lenses’ in a strong prescription will add undesirable weight and thickness. This option will improve the wearability and appearance of your spectacles.

• Up to 35% thinner and lighter than normal thickness lenses - 1.67 refractive index

Ultra Thin

Our Ultra Thin option is up to 50% thinner and lighter than standard lenses. It is the best option for prescriptions that are very strong (over +/- 5.25). Opting for our thinnest available lens will improve wearability as well as the cosmetic appearance of your spectacles.

Additional lens options

Once you have chosen your lens package, there are additional options which you can select as an add-on. At Feel Good Contacts, you can select from the following:

• Clear - these are the premium lenses that come free with any package.
• Blue light/digital protection (£29) - these lenses cost an additional £29 and are the ideal choice for those who spend a lot of time working on digital devices. They may reduce eye strain, improve visual comfort and provide 100% UVA and UVB protection.
• Transitions (from £35) - lenses which are clear indoors and darken outdoors when exposed to sunlight. They change from clear to dark automatically by reacting to UV rays, offering 100% UVA and UVB protection when needed. There are a number of options available, dependent on your specific needs:
  • Transitions Signature GEN 8 offers the fastest transition time from clear to dark. Best for sports, active lifestyles and everyday wear; available in a variety of fashion colours (Grey, Brown, Graphite Green, Sapphire, Amethyst and Amber).
  • Transitions XTRActive (New Generation) features a clear lens with a slight tint indoors for those who suffer from indoor light sensitivity. These lenses reach the darkest tint in hot temperatures, and, unlike other lenses, they darken behind a windscreen as well as outdoors to improve driving conditions.
  • Transitions Drivewear is the most ideal option for driving. They are polarised sunglasses that adapt to light behind a windscreen and outdoors. These lenses darken outdoors and fade to a muted tint indoors or behind the steering wheel. As an additional feature, they enhance colour perception for sharper vision and contrast on the road.
• Sun tints (from £15) - providing 100% UVA and UVB protection, these lenses stay dark permanently and can be used as everyday sunglasses according to your unique prescription.
